He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Catherine Roehm. He is survived by: his wife Lori Garcia; his children, Robert F. Owens of Amelia, Tami Owens (Curry Lykins) of Amelia, Roni Craft (Tom) of Sunman, IN and Lindsay Owens of Mt. Orab; his siblings, Leroy Owens of Cincinnati, Veronica Weaver of Amelia, Sabrina Irvin of Georgetown, Ellen Parker of Georgetown and Billie Jo Irvin of Longview, WA.; his stepfather Carl Roehm; and his friend Tuesday March 3rd. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
