He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond DeWeese and Minnie DeWeese; and his sons, Kevin DeWeese, David DeWeese and Devin DeWeese (Janet).

He is survived by: his wife JoAnn DeWeese; his stepdaughter Lesa Zimmer; and his right hand man Pete Henke. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
