He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kingery and Emma Kingery (Chappel); and his sister Dalana Eison. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Wyatt; his children, Damon Kingery (Erin) and Scott Kingery; his grandchildren, Keily and Ian Kingery; and his siblings, Jimmy Kingery, Brent Kingery, Becky Kingery and Tim Kingery.
