She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Chomyszak; and her siblings, Phyllis Long, Gerald Long (Thelma), Patty Webber (Carl) and Kenneth Long (Dale).
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Chomyszak (Martha), Richard Chomyszak (Kristi) and Amy Plaza (Andres); her grandchildren, Christopher, Carrie, Joshua, Ashley, Tyler, Justin, Stephen, Anna, Eva, Nico and Mila; and her sister Theresa Engle (late Donnie). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
