He was predeceased by: his parents, Kimberly Jo Horner and Leslie G. Hultz Jr.; his grandparents, Mary Lou Hultz, Leslie Hultz Sr., Burnetta Horner and Richard Horner Sr.; his uncle Kyber Horner; and his aunts, Debbie Hultz and Sharon James.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lacie Houze and Zaelynn Jolie Hultz; his sister Kylie Hultz; his significant other Jenny Carter; his stepmother Tina Hultz; his aunts and uncles, Kellie Anderson (Jamie), Rijoa Garcia (Duane), Margie Horner-Hood (Rob), Michael Hultz (Denise) and Richard Horner Jr. (Erin); and his stepsisters, Shelly Gregory and Racquel Harker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
