She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus C. Byrnside and Artie B. Byrnside; her significant other Donald L. Peters Jr.; her sons, Danny D. Peters and David A. Massey (Dixie); her brother Bobby Rock; and her brother-in-law Dan Schmigal.
She is survived by: her children, Aleta J. "Patches" Hensley, Teresa S. Mitchell (Mitch), Dawn A. Roberts and Shawn L. Peters; her daughters-in-law, Beth Peters and Kim Massey; her sisters, Virginia Rock and Patricia Schmigal; and her brother-in-law David W. Peters (Diane). She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
