She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Swafford and Mary Swafford; her sisters, Juanita Hinkle, Ethel Smith and Darlene Williamson; and her grandmother Lola.
She is survived by: her brother Ernest Swafford; her children, Kay Ledbetter (Al), Ken Hart (Fay) and Ernest Booher; her grandchildren, Michael Ledbetter, Doris Michelle Thorpe, Allison Pape and Karie Hart; her great grandchildren, Allen, Jenna, Collin, Sara (Ledbetter), Gavin Giles, Malia Pape, Asher Pape and Kaylee Thorpe; her friend Ernie Booher; and her daughter-in-law Fay.
Lola was raised Baptist and faithfully attended church until the pandemic.
