He is survived by: his daughters, Amber McMullen and Katie McMullen; his stepchildren, Sam Irwin and Nikki Irwin; his mother Wilma Jean McMullen; his significant other Becky Kauffman; his brothers, Jack McMullen and Lance McMullen (Connie); and his nephews, Kevin McMullen, John McMullen and Joshua Skimmerhorn. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
