She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl and Dorothy; and her husband Seth Spurlock Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Terri Conly, Seth Spurlock (Sondi) and Marshall Spurlock (Tina); her grandchildren, Matthew, Justin, Emily, Cody, Ellis, Mandy, Maddie and Cole; her brother Gary Freese (Bethel); and her caregiver Karlene. She is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
