She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Elsner and Ruth Elsner; her husband Ronald Preston Withrow; and her siblings, Patricia Pandorf and Ronald Elsner.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Campbell (Greg), Barry Rose (Dave Workman) and Bill Withrow (Katie); her grandchildren, Christian Campbell (Kellie), Amanda Murphy (Andy), Jake Withrow and Emerson Withrow; and her great grandchild Knox Campbell.
The family suggest memorial contributions be made to "A Caring Place" a pregnancy Help Center, 4446 Mt. Carmel Tobasco Rd, Cincinnati OH 45244.
