He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Owen and Pearl Jackson Case; and his brother David Eugene Owen. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Sturgeon, Jeannie Hill, Beverly Wisby, Raygine Lamb, Laura Hinkston and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
