He is survived by: his parents, James Devine and Loraine Elkins Devine of North Bend, OH.; his spouse Leesa Johnson Devine; his daughter Amanda Devine; and his siblings, Diane Hauck (Bob), Joe Devine (Libby Shipp) and Doug Devine (Julie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
