She was predeceased by: her son Jackson Edward Meadows; and her grandfather John Lay. She is survived by: her parents, Sheryl Lay and David Lay (Karron); her husband James Meadows; her daughters, Anna Kay Meadows and Sophia Renae Meadows; her siblings, Eric Sparrow (Holly), Lisa Lehn, Lori Lay and David Lay Jr.; her grandparents, Pauline Lay, Shirley Sparrow and Sherwood Sparrow; and her pet Petey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
