She is survived by: her children, Dave Lehn (Phyllis), Jan Collins (Kevin), Rick Lehn, Kate Patton, JoAnn Lay (Terry), Glenn Lehn (Pat), George Stephan Jr. (Ramona), Pam Ulrich (Ken), Jim Stephan (Marty), Don Stephan (Donna) and Jenny Stephan; her grandchildren, David Jr., Brian, Scott, Nick, Kris, Ian, Ali, Christina, Tara, Desiree, Dominique, Kiesha, Michelle, Tiffany, Tyler, Josh, Lori, Rachel, Erin, Michael and Braydon; and her friend Randy Stephan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Diabetes Association.
