He is survived by: his wife Sue Hughes; his children, Jeff Hughes (Amy), Karen Kanir (Jim) and Kevin Hughes; his grandchildren, Brad Kanir, Ben Hughes and Bella Hughes; and his sister Carolyn Stump. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
