She is survived by: her husband Ed Smith; her children, Eddi Smith (Tami), Shelley Kearney and Cindy Tekulve (Tom); her grandchildren, Molli Smith, Tyler Smith, Sarah Kearney, Max Kearney, Cameron Welling and Bryce Welling; and her sisters, Sallie Hawkins (Ken), Darlene Sopher (late Larry) and Patty Hoffman (Jim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
