He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Ragle (Gregg), Melissa Baitz (John) and Charles Taylor, Jr. (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Jay Trammell, Ashley Jordan (Michael), Caleb Baitz (Rebekah), Jacob, Joseph, Noah Baitz, Garrett Shelby and Blaine Taylor; his great grandchildren, Will, Savannah Jordan, Olivia Baitz and Anthony Trammell; and his siblings, Raba Baker, Delphine Wells, Clifford Taylor, Clarence Taylor and Jeanette Flint. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
