He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Mayhugh and Estella Mayhugh; his children, Lori Mayhugh and Jeffrey Mayhugh; his grandson Randall Paul Mayhugh; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Hazelwood and June Elaine Hazen.
He is survived by: his wife June L. Mayhugh; and his children, Carroll Mayhugh Jr. (Cindy), Jane Smith (Gary), Timothy Mayhugh (Carla), Randall Mayhugh (Mary), Melanie Phistner (Jeff), Millie Bowen (John) and Douglas Mayhugh (Katherine). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and 11 great great-grandchildren.
