She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Willette (Alan), Kelli Fancher, Philip Johnson (Rhonda), Anthony Johnson (Tracy) and Amanda Gibson (Matthew); her grandchildren, Savannah Cox, Heidi Sandker (Dennis), Andrew Fancher, Addison Johnson, Rickie Gibson, William Johnson, Donovin Johnson and Ariel Johnson; and her great grandchild Lucas Sandker.
In Lieu of floral donations Carol requested a donation would be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
