She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Maggard and Dorothy Maggard; and her brother Jimmy Maggard. She is survived by: her husband Gary Crouch; her daughters, Belinda Caudill, Janet Lawhorn and Debra Boeing; her grandchildren, Nick Fille, Breanda Pruitt, Kendra Blanton, Christopher Boeing, Daimon Eberhard, Michawl Wysong and Jonathan Wysong; and her siblings, Joyce Branning, Carol Fille, Stephanie Sanford, Lonnie Maggard, Tommy Maggard and Johnny Maggard. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
