He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kramer; his daughter Cindy Bolling (Mark); his grandchildren, Joshua, Cory Bolling and Lauren Combs (Teddy); his great grandchildren, Mason and Carly Combs; and his siblings, Joan, Betty and David. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
