She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Robert "Bob" Althaus and Charles Atkins; her great-grandparent Mary Althaus; and her uncle Pearl. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Althaus of Amanda and Teresa Althaus (Atkins); her husband Odai Alfukaha; her children, Carter and Peyton; her brothers, Nicholas Atkins of Columbus and Brandon Mason of Gahanna; her grandmother Joyce Althaus of Amanda; her aunt Anita Crist of Lancaster; her cousins, Katlin and Austin; and her close friend David Welch of Amanda.
