She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Williard (Chambers); her daughter Kendra Cook; her son-in-law Joe Cook (Sharon); her siblings, Don Williard (Pat) of Tarlton, Dale Williard (Patty) of Stoutsville, Marlene Hedges (Harry) of South Perry and Debbie Watkins (Tim) of Carlisle, KY; and her close friends, Patty Leach, Cindy Huffman and Linda Gobel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
