He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ludwick (Mickle); his sons, Kevin Ludwick (Vicki) of Lancaster and Greg Ludwick (Rhonda) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Brent, Rachel Ludwick, Michelle Wallace (Doug) and Lori Beth Jones (Pate); his great grandchildren, Damion Fabbro, Kaitlyn and Emma Wallace; and his sisters, Sue Smith of Hillsboro, Kay Cook of Mt. Orab and Jill Downing of Hillsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
