He was predeceased by: his parents, Max E. "Shorty" Stevens and Betty Stevens (Francis). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Stevens (Staten); his children, Mark E. Stevens of Atlanta, GA, Michael Stevens (Sandra) of Amanda, OH, Veronica Andrews (Josh) of Amanda, OH, Dakota, Donavin Dillon-Stevens of Circleville, OH and Jordan Dillon-Stevens of Laurelville, OH; his brother Jeff Stevens (Vicky) of Royalton, OH; his grandchildren, Kiowa, Max, Tanoah, Jacob, Maggie, Liam, Carter and Finley; and his friends, John and Bonnie Pupek. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in law & many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
