He was predeceased by: his father Jim Bob Notestone of Laurelville; his father-in-law Joe Baldwin; his brother-in-law Emmer Baldwin; his nephew Jason Pugh; and his stepfather Ron Cain.

He is survived by: his mother Judy Cain (Young) of Adelphi; his wife Beth Notestone (Baldwin); his children, Kayla Diles (Ron) of Amanda and Cody Notestone (Sherika) of Circleville; his grandchildren, Peyton, Brylee, Brice, Bryer, Jagger and Willow; his brothers, Dave Notestone (Robin) of Laurelville and Bret Notestone (Terri) of Laurelville; and his mother-in-law Bev Baldwin (John Scott) of Amanda. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters in-law; many nieces and nephews.

Friends may make memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
