She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Frederick and Wanda Frederick (Gibson); her husband Richard G. Apple; her children, Sheryl Snow and Ronald Apple; her great grandchildren, Chase Adams, Selah Apple and Benten Carpenter; and her children-in-law, Sherry Apple and Larry Snow.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Heller (Rob) of Cincinnati, Dave Apple of Montpelier, Connie Landis (Kent) of Waldron and Sandy Carpenter (Troy) of Alvordton, Ohio; and her siblings, Janet Goff, Becky Fischer, Kent Burkhead (Marilyn), Randy Frederick (Deb) and Doug Frederick (Claudia). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
