He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Goebel and Henrietta Goebel (Miller); and his son Troy Goebel. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Handsone; and his children, Todd (Tammy), Heather, Hiedi, Jeff (Deborah), Jennifer (Pete) and April. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; six sisters; two brothers; several nieces and nephews and other family members.
