He was predeceased by: his father DeWayne L. "Dewey" VanArsdalen; and his brother-in-law Tom Henry. He is survived by: his mother Myrtle L. VanArsdalen (Pinette) of West Unity, Ohio; and his siblings, Debra Hand (Mike) of West Unity, Robyn Henry of West Unity, Deana VanArsdalen (Tony Hand) of Fayette, Ohio and Bruce VanArsdalen (Rhonda) of West Unity, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and even a few great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
