He was predeceased by: his grandfather Coy Embry; and his sister Patricia Embry. He is survived by: his father Shawn E. A. Embry (Brandy) of Defiance; his daughter Oaklynn Embry of Malinta; his mother Cassandra Richards (Tyler) of Alvordton; his siblings, Alan Jones of Toledo, Isaac Jones of Bryan, Noah Butler (Emily) of Continental, Xavier Jones of Bryan, Zoi Embry of Defiance, Zoie Embry of Defiance, Faithlynn Embry of Defiance and Austin Peters of Defiance; and his grandparents, Tony Pollock, Sr. of Moore and Pennie Jones (David) of Bryan.
