He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Garrett and Marguerite Sue Garrett (Spitler). He is survived by: his close friend Linda Garrett; his children, Terry Garrett, Teania Garrett (Daniel Belcher) and Rob Garrett; his grandchildren, Bailey, Macey, Sean, Patrick, Anna, Cameron and Cori; his great grandchild Alyssa; and his sister Peg Hill (Bob).
