He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Theis; his daughter Bethany Boehler (Patrick); his grandchildren, Kaylee Elizabeth Boehler and Logan Michael Boehler of Alvada; and his sisters, Beth Ann Clark of Findlay, Becky Nye (David) of Findlay, Bonnie Morrison (Hugh) of Bedford and Brenda Myers (Jay) of Fostoria.
