He is survived by: his children, Troy Ellsworth (Missy) and Paula Rummell (Ed); his grandchildren, Cody Ellsworth, Dylan Ellsworth, Dean Rummell and Sheridan Rummell; his great grandchildren, Harlee, Walker and Delaney Ellsworth; and his siblings, Ruth Weigand of Kent, Margie Fitzgerald of Salem, Irene Shea of Saginaw Michigan, Karen Willard of Deerfield, Twyla Painter (Bob) of Salem, Elaine Roberts of Canton, Cheryl Urdiales of Canton and Ron A. Ellsworth (Kerry) of Alliance.
