He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Cunningham Koscinski; his daughter Hanna Rice (Josh); his grandsons, Nolan and Roman Rice of Louisville, OH; and his brothers, Joseph Koscinski of Wexford, PA, Robert Koscinski of Cranberry Twp and David Koscinski of Cranberry Twp.
