He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosie Stout (Wilson); his daughters, Linda Ashworth and Janine Overholt; his grandchildren, Thomas, Eric and Matthew Stout; his sisters, Kathy Weatherspoon and Vivian Norris; his parents, Woodrow Stout and Thelma Smith; his siblings, Elva Carpenter, Edward Stout, Randy Stout and Leonard Stout; and his grandson Casey Coxwell.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Lamb of God (1805 S Freedom Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Mt. Union Cemetery (2900 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601).
