She was predeceased by: her father Roy Conrad; her husband Alex Anderson; and her brother-in-law Gene Boals. She is survived by: her mother Violet Conrad (Haines); her sister Nancy Boals of Salem; her sons, Jeff Puckett (Mary) of Dallas, TX and Jim Puckett (Carolyn) of Tucson, AZ; and her granddaughters, Erin Puckett of Los Angeles, CA and Chelsea Puckett of Washington, D. C.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home (1000 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
