She was predeceased by: her parents, Melba Elizabeth and Harry Christian Hayes; her husbands, Roosevelt Rogers and John Patterson; her siblings, Joanne Franklin, Lois "Toni" Louis and Harry Nathaniel Hayes; her sister-in-law Yvonne Donaldson; and her close friend Arnold Jones.
She is survived by: her child Darcell Rogers Melba (Denise); her sister-in-law Demora Hayes; and her friend Joe Barker. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
