She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Schlemmer; and her brother Dale VanVoorhis. She is survived by: her children, Mary Rummel, Todd Schlemmer and Scott Schlemmer; her brother Larry VanVoorhis; her grandsons, Justin Rummel, Alan Rummel and Marcus Rummel; and her great grandchildren, Lilian, Blake, Maxton and Tyler.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Redmon Funeral Home (3633 Darrow Rd, Stow, OH 44224). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
