He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Shade and Maxine Shade; and his wife Donna Shade. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Simmons (Jeff) and Jill Anstine (Mike); his grandchildren, Dylan, Drew Simmons, Josh Anstine (Lindsey), Emily Falcone (Eric) and Sarah Muminov (Baha); his great grandchildren, Maggie, Jacob Anstine, Walker Falcone and Theo Muminov; and his siblings, Connie Goegan Jr. (Angelo), Patricia Trusley (Garland), Richard Shade (Sasipha) and Brian Shade (Lisa).
