He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Middleton Sr. and Benita Middleton (Rhyne). He is survived by: his children, William H. Middleton Jr. (Kathleen), Melvin Middleton, Melvina Middleton, Lenise Patton (Greg) and Banita Rattliffe; his spouse Peaches A. Middleton (Blair); his children, Kindrea Middleton, Jesse Toney, Michele Middleton, Deann Fite (Jason) and Leron Middleton; his adoptive son Tramar Middleton; his godchildren, Anitra Teli, Rhonda Evans and Troy Bush; his close friend John Jenkins; and his brothers, Dr. Laverne D. Middleton and Michael E. Middleton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
