He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertin Unger and Sarah Unger (Carpenter); his wife Sharon Unger (Findling); and his siblings, Hobert Unger, Calvin Grant Unger, Willie Unger and Mary Belle Petroski.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Unger, Annette Williams (James) of Alliance, OH, Timothy Unger (Diane) and James Unger (Debbie). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
