He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Kestner and Anna Kestner (Weber); his wife Betty L. Kestner (Harmon); and his siblings, Evelyn Duell, Marlene O'Brien and Melvin Kestner.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Kestner (Sandy), Ron Kestner (Vickie), Jeffrey Kestner (Jeffery Bazell) and Lynnette Toussant; his grandchildren, Jayme Poorbaugh (Ray), Tracy Bennett (Pat), Michael (Emily Tomusko), Adam and Andrew Kestner (Elizabeth McSwiggen); his sons, Josh (Andrea) and Nathan Toussant (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Steffin, Darek, Walker, Noah, Emery, Alana, Kaiden, Brently, Mayzie, Audrey and David.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
