He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Packey and Ethel Packey; his sister Kay; and his brother-in-law Dave Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Darleen Welsh; his sons, Brent (Lea) and Brian Packey (Vicki); his grandchildren, Alissa Milini (Tony), Andrea Fetty (Adam), Josh Packey (Teresa) and Jen Greene (Mike); his great grandchildren, AJ Milini, Austin Milini, Drew Fetty, Averi Milini, Brody Milini, Dominic Packey, Alaynna Fetty, Gianna Packey and Emery Greene; and his sister-in-law Cathy Welsh.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
