He is survived by: his son Scott; his wife Eleanor McMahan; his daughter-in-law Maggie; his grandchildren, Amanda, Cody, Tara, Krista, Justin, Jessica and Brianna; his siblings, Ken Blake Senior, Roger Blake, Cynthia Blake Boyd and Penny Starnes; and his sons-in-law, Dave Summers and Ron Lambert.
