He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer C. Mann and Margaret Mann (Swonger); his stepson Vince Noling; his siblings, Howard, Stanley, Hilda, Harry, Doris, Arlene and Orm Smith; and his sister-in-law Jane Brahler.
He is survived by: his wife Judith; his son John Mann (Sarah); his stepchildren, Dana Riggs (Ron), Becky Boardley (Jeb), Gary Noling (Dawn), Tyrone Noling and Roger Wayne (Theresa); his sisters, Clara and Patsy Smith; and his brother-in-law Bob Brahler. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
