She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry A Lapp and Minnie R Lapp; her husband John M Tate; and her siblings, Doris Sahli, Carl, Richard Lapp and Ethel Lapp Springer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Graham (Robert), Diane and Donna. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Hubbard (59 Orchard Ave SE, Hubbard, OH 44425). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
