She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Rhome and Edna I. Rhome; her husband David F. Smith; and her brothers, Arthur C. Rhome, Robert Rhome and George Rhome (Carol).
She is survived by: her sons, James D. Smith (Caroline) and Bret E. Smith (Brenda); her grandchildren, Jason Smith, Jennifer Hoy (Joe), Dominic Hoy, Travis Hoy, Bree Smith George (Eric) and Bret A. Smith (Dillan Monroe); her great grandchildren, Cole, Kylie, Kaelyn, Ava, Lexy and Jameson; and her sister-in-law Marlene Rhome.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
