He is survived by: his wife Karen K Waggoner (Altenhof); his sons, Jeff Waggoner and Eddie Waggoner; and his siblings, Charles Waggoner (Annete), Rollin Waggoner (Gabriele), Carolyn Tedrick, Sharon Mercer (Steve) and Kelly Peterson.
