She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Waffler and Gladys Waffler (Oswald); her husband Fred Richard Burkhart; and her siblings, Marvin Waffler, Bernice Conrad and Doris Cameron.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy L. Hoopes (Mark), Allen E. Burkhart (Debbie), Daniel P. Burkhart (Kim) and Larry L. Burkhart (Jodi). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
