He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Simmons and Jacqueline Simmons (Stimpert); his daughter Danette R Loy; and his sister Linda Fannin. He is survived by: his wife Diana Simmons (Fox) of Alliance; his sons, Dennis Simmons of Alliance and Daniel Simmons of Alliance; his grandchildren, Cassidy Loy of Alliance, Jordan Fokey (Mac) of Canton, Haley Simmons of Canton, Brittany Masters of North Jackson, Megan Simmons of Alliance, Kiara Simmons of Alliance, Danette Simmons of Alliance, Kaden Loy of Alliance, Kyler Loy of Alliance and Caleb Simmons of California; his great grandchildren, Deacon Fokey and Damiyah Simmons; and his sister Karen Page. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
